Otto Home Goods – One-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Period
This warranty covers all products sold by Otto Home Goods for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Coverage
Otto Home Goods warrants that all bathroom vanities are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service conditions.

Inspection and Reporting Requirement
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery and before installation. Any defects, damage, missing parts, or other issues must be reported to Otto Home Goods prior to installation.

Products that have been installed are considered accepted by the customer. Otto Home Goods does not provide warranty coverage for defects, damage, or other issues reported after installation that were visible or could have been identified before installation.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty shall become void if the cabinets, cabinetwork, drawer slides, or hinges are modified from their original form, improperly installed, damaged prior to or during installation, or used for any purpose other than normal residential use.

This warranty covers only the cabinet parts and materials supplied by Otto Home Goods. It does not cover products used or installed in conjunction with the cabinets, including but not limited to countertops, sinks, faucets, plumbing fixtures, or other accessories.

This warranty also does not apply to products installed in locations that do not maintain year-round environmental controls.

Limitations
This warranty does not apply to damages caused by transportation, storage, dirt, chemicals, exposure to moisture, humidity, excessive heat or cold, or other environmental conditions.

It also excludes damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse
• Neglect
• Accidents
• Alterations or modifications
• Improper installation or improper use
• Failure to properly maintain the product
• House settling
• Acts of God

Natural variations in wood, including differences in color, texture, grain, mineral streaks, pinholes, and knots, are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects. Environmental factors may also cause color variations. Replacement vanities may not exactly match existing products, which is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in temperature and humidity. Minor stress lines or hairline paint cracks measuring less than 1/4 inch are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.

No Alteration of Terms
No installer, retailer, distributor, agent, or employee of Otto Home Goods has the authority to modify, extend, or alter the terms, obligations, or limitations of this warranty.

Remedies
If a product is determined by Otto Home Goods to be defective within the applicable warranty period, Otto Home Goods will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

If the original product has been discontinued or is unavailable, Otto Home Goods reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement product.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otto Home Goods shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the product or its use, even if Otto Home Goods has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States.
